Election Committee Charter
The Election committee shall establish all aspects of the election.
Develop a timeline for action
Develop the various documents
Establish procedures for disseminating all pertinent information
Count and tabulate the vote at the Annual meeting
Report the final results to the President for announcement
The chairman will keep all documents online for future revisions.

Written notice of election, giving the place, process, date and time will be mailed to all Villas of Falls Run owners of record, as provided by the management company, within 21 days of the meeting, but not more than 30 days. All pertinent documents and a stamped envelop with management address will be enclosed.
Every effort will be made to provide a slate of candidates for the vacant positions that will give the Villas the best leadership available.
No member of the Election Committee may be a candidate.
The committee shall suggest a Meet the Candidates forum to the Villas BOD in order for all residents to meet and listen to the candidates.
