The Villas Landscape Planning Committee is responsible for developing a phased plan for the beautification and smart utilization of the Villas common areas. The plan will be presented to the Villas Board of Directors (Villas BOD) for approval upon completion. The recommended implementation plan will be in accordance with the FRCA Design Guidelines with regard to type and use of inert materials and plantings, and give consideration to implementation and maintenance costs. The Committee will review the plan yearly and submit any recommended changes to the Villas BOD for approval.
The plan will:
§ Identify common area ground affected
§ Provide diagrams and descriptions of any plantings and/or inert materials to be used
§ Recommend a time line for implementation considering cost of each phase
§ Identify a plan to obtain resident donations
§ Identify methods of communication for sharing information with members of the Association
The Landscape Planning Committee will coordinate with the Buildings and Grounds Committee.
