Minutes from September 26, 2007

Reviewed and accepted. 

New Items for October 17, 2007:

A meeting with the auditors will be scheduled for early November.  Members of the Finance Committee are urged to attend.

Budget:

All aspects of the budget for 2008 were reviewed and discussed.  The draft budget prepared by JCA was referenced for our calculations.  After consideration of the analysis of the budget by committee members, a draft budget was prepared.  This draft, with two proposed increases in Villas assessment fees, will be presented to the Villas BOD.

A date for the next Finance Committee meeting is pending the Auditor’s meeting.
