Finance Committee Charter for

Villas of Falls Run Condominium

The Finance Committee shall support the Villas of Falls Run Condo Association Board of Directions (BOD), in particular the Treasurer of the BOD, by assisting in the following tasks:

            *Review and comment on monthly statements provided by the Property Management Company.

            *Work with the Property Manager to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of all entries.

            *Review and monitor Scope of Work, Financials and Timelines for all existing contracts to ensure all elements are being considered and the contracts meet the needs of the community.

            *Prepare annually, with the assistance of the Property Manager, a draft budget for timely submission to the BOD.

            *Monitor investment funds to ensure best possible interest rate yield on Reserve Funds.

            *Perform other financial tasks and analyses as directed by the BOD.
