Villas Ad Hoc Committee Well/Irrigation Charter

• This Committee shall investigate the possibility and feasibility of drilling well(s) on the grounds of the Villas common area.

• The purpose of the well(s) would be to provide irrigation water to the property, to reduce the use of public water and to reduce costs associated with the irrigation system.

• This Committee shall contact Stafford County, drilling companies, and any related parties concerning permits and/or restrictions and develop an implementation plan for consideration by the Board of Directors.

• If the plan is approved, the Committee shall develop any necessary Requests for Proposal, review subsequent bids and make recommendations to the BOD regarding award of contract(s).

• All information regarding the progress of this project shall be transmitted to Board of Directors for the Villas of Falls Run Condominium Association on a timely basis.
