Once villa is out of Del Web warranty, homeowner is responsible for repairs unless specifically addressed.

REMARKS:
(1) Painted Concrete retaining walls and railings by the Villas are maintained by the Condo Assn. Modular block (red) retaining Walls and railings are maintained by the FRCA.
(2) Damage caused by the homeowner or guests will be repaired at the homeowner’s expense.
(3) Homeowner is responsible for any damage to roof or siding caused by the installation of a satellite dish or any other approved attachment.
(4) Homeowner is responsible for maintenance of any homeowner plantings or decorations.
(5) Outside wiring call provider of service.
(6) Homeowner may choose to clean Villa siding at their own expense between Condo Assn contracted cleanings.
(7) Repair/Replacement of patios modified by homeowners become the responsibility of the homeowner.
(8) Homeowner has responsibility until warranty of 5 years expires, then becomes responsibility of Assn.
