This special meeting was called to discuss proposals received for the implementation of  Package A, B, C and D of the Master Plan Phase 1 design.
 
A fourth landscape company chose not to compete.

It was noted that TruGreen did not itemize the trees and shrubs, and that their totals did not match the number of trees and shrubs required in the statement of work.
 
It was noted that the three landscape companies had identical guarantees, one year, one time, full replacement.
 
It was decided that the committee wanted a week to study the proposals, and a decision would be made at the Aug. 14 meeting.
