Modifications Committee Meeting Minutes for 12/09/09

The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10 AM.  Members present were Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Jim Eppes, Paul Niemi, Shirley Sommer and Betty Whiteaker.

Other Activity

Draft No. 4 of the Design Guidelines has been forwarded to the BOD by the Ad Hoc Committee on Enforcement.

The revised Villa application was approved by the Villa BOD.

The revised Single Family applications are already in use.  One was submitted this month.

John Thrash will not be able to be on this committee since he has been elected to the FRCABOD.  We decided that we do not want more than 6 members at this time.

We do need to recruit more inspectors.  Already interested are Barbara Chadwick, Bob Gilbert, Fred Ironside, Rita Pinion and Larry Wright.  We would like to have twelve inspectors.

The next meeting will be held on 01/13/2010.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am.
