The Modifications Committee met on Wednesday at 10:00AM. All Committee members (Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely, Shirley Sommer and Robbin Sentell) were present. We were happy that Chuck Heath returned to the Modifications Committee effective this meeting. In addition, Jake Bernard FRCA BOD member and Chuck Strub FRCA BOD Liaison to the Modifications Committee attended the meeting. Sylva Southwell was excused and did not attend the meeting. Two residents were in attendance.

In preparation for the Audit/Inspection of the Single Family Homes on April 22, 2008, the committee reviewed a violation checklist. This is a follow-up of the October 2007 Audit.
The Modifications Committee “draft process” for potential homeowner improvements to the Common Area was reviewed again. Robbin will meet with Cindy Horan of Property and Grounds to review progress.
