Modification Committee Meeting Minutes from 12/12/07

 

 

The Modifications Committee met on Thursday at 10:00AM.  Committee members Nancy Arnn, Joan Bitely and Robbin Sentell attended the meeting. Shirley Sommer was out of town.  Chuck Strub resigned as a committee member as he assumes his new role as FRCA BOD Liaison to the Modifications Committee. Sylva Southwell was for questions but did not attend the meeting.  No residents were in attendance.

Follow-up information was provided concerning a Single Family Home Application Approved as Noted in October.

 

Other Activity

The Modifications Committee then had preliminary discussions with Cindy Horan and Ken Burke concerning potential home owner improvements to the Common Area.  The initial discussions were informative and the committees agreed to work together.

 

The committee adjourned at 11:30 AM.
