Modification Committee Meeting July 11, 2007

MEETING NOTES

All Committee Members were present for this working session as was Sylva Southwell representing Armstrong Management.  No other Falls Run residents were present.

This is the first month in the past year that “all” submissions were approved.  The residents are doing much better in following the Design Guidelines and completing the new Application.

2.      Sylva Southwell provided Type 4 Lawn information update.  The Committee directed Sylva to send a follow-up letter to those residents that did not respond to the last letter.

3.      Committee Members provided Sylva with addresses of residents who need to be notified concerning lawn maintenance.

4.      Joan Bitely supplied Sylva with all 2007 Villa Applications submitted through June.  Sylva will get them in the system at Armstrong and provide to Jeffrey Charles.
