Modification Committee Meeting March 14, 2007
 

Meeting Notes:

Attendees: All Committee Members were present except Robbin Sentell who was out of town. Joan Bitely chaired the meeting. Sylva Southwell representing Armstrong Management and Chuck Heath representing the FRCA BOD were also present. No other Falls Run residents were in attendance
The meeting today started at 10:00 AM and finished at 11:30


Copying the applications was discussed with Sylva. Villas applications will go to Nancy and Joan and Single family Home applications go to Shirley and Chuck. Robbin will get the original.

Plans are being made to have an article in the Villa Update and the Gazette for info about the new applications at the appropriate time.



The committee reviewed 20 applications.

Next meeting scheduled for March 28 to update the new application.
