Modification Committee Meeting February 14, 2007


Meeting Notes:

Attendees: All Committee Members were present. Due to very inclimate weather, Sylva Southwell (Armstrong Mgmt) and Chuck Heath (BOD Liaison) did not attend. Subsequently,
I met Sylva on 2-16-07 to review committee decisions. We to redid one submission from two residents into two submissions, approved two late submissions and established the communication schedule to the applicants
No other Falls Run residents were in attendance.

Homeowner Applications were received and acted upon.

Joan presented issues to the committee to be discussed with Armstrong Management. Joan then explained that 72 Violation Letters were sent to Villa residents on 2-9-2007. Most of the violations were non-structural in scope.

Robbin provided REV4 drafts to the committee members for review. These drafts included:
Revised Application for Change (B-1) Single Family Homes
Revised Application for Change (B-2) Villas
Charter, Mission and Membership
2007 Goals and Activities


Action Items:

All Review REV4 drafts for discussion February 22, 2007 at 2:00 PM. 2-22-2007
Robbin Meet with Armstrong Management to discuss processes and procedures 2-21-2007

Summary
All committee members have read the book Be Reasonable authored by Kenneth Budd of the Community Association Institute.
