Dear Falls Run Homeowners:

 

We will have Mason & Mason present at our February 21, 2007, 7:00 p.m. work session to discuss the proposed Reserve Study for the community.

 

I urge you to attend.  Please take a few minutes to browse through the study.  The purpose of a reserve study is to provide the longevity of various items pertaining to the community and when to address maintenance or repair.

NOTE: In order to have the spreadsheet calculate correctly, it is important that you follow the directions for installing the Analysis ToolPak-VBA:

Open Excel and go to the tool bar at the top of the Excel window.

 

Click Tools

Click Add-ins on the drop down menu

Check Analysis ToolPak-VBA

 

You may be prompted to insert MS Office disk #1 to get the code.

Depending on your system, you may not be prompted to insert disc

and you are all set.

 

Once this is completed you should be good to go.

 

The tables will correctly compute the interest income on

reserves and will be consistent with M & M tables.
