Community Center Committee Charter and Mission

Mission:

The Community Center Committee is responsible to research, identify and recommend to the FRCA BoD any changes, improvements and enhancements that should be made to the Community Center to provide the highest and most cost effective service to our Residents.

 

Charter:

Meet monthly to review/discuss modification, improvements or maintenance/repair issues that have been identified.

 

Advise BoD and Property Manager on matters pertaining to operation/maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

 

Provide to the BoD the best and most cost effective solution and implementation strategy for the project identified.

 

Listen, research and review any suggestions made by Residents, Property Manager or Activity Director to change/enhance the usage of our Community Center.

 

Provide information to the BoD for use in FRCA annual budget preparation.

 

Work with the Activity Director and Property Manager to provide the highest service possible to Falls Run Residents.
