BYLAWS

 

ARTICLE I

 

Name, Principal Office, and Definitions

 

1.1       Name.    The name of the Association shall be Falls Run Community Association, (“Association”).

 

1.2       Principal Office.    The principal office of the Association is located at 101 Bridgewater Circle, Fredericksburg, Stafford County, Virginia 22406.  The Association may have such other offices as the Board may determine or as the affairs of the Association may require.

 

1.3       Definitions.    The words used in these Bylaws shall be given their normal, commonly understood definitions.  Capitalized terms shall have the same meaning as set forth in that Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Falls Run filed in the Public Records, as amended and supplemented from time to time (the “Declaration”), unless the context indicates otherwise.

 

1.4       Purpose.    The purpose of the Association shall be to own and operate the Common Areas, to provide recreation facilities and activities, and to carry out other functions for the maintenance and governance of Falls Run, an age-restricted community.
