Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors

16 June 2010

Members Present:  Jake Bernard, Dan Owens & Piper, Tom Whalen, Bill Barnes, Toni Brown, Dot Foster

Members Absent:  John Thrash

Others Present:  Debbie Sutton, Property Manager

I.:  The meeting was called to order at 10:00am in Conference Room 2 of the Community Center by the President, Jake Bernard.

II.:  Adjourn to executive session:  A motion was made by Bill Barnes, seconded by Dot Foster, to adjourn to executive session to discuss snow clearance contract issues and review possible snow clearance policies.  The motion was APPROVED 6-0, John Thrash absent, and the Board adjourned to executive session at 10:03am.

III.:  Return to open session:  A motion was made by Bill Barnes, seconded by Toni Brown, to return to open session.  The motion was APPROVED 6-0, John Thrash absent, and the Board returned to open session at 10:45am.  The Board announced that a discussion of snow clearance contract issues had been held and that the Board had reviewed legal counsel’s 23 February 2010 letter “Snow Removal Policy” and had taken no actions as a result of the discussions.

IV.:  Adjournment:  A motion to adjourn was made at 10:55am by Bill Barnes, seconded by Tom Whalen and APPROVED 6-0, John Thrash absent.
