FALLS RUN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.

Minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors

 

The Falls Run Community Association, Inc.’s Board of Directors met on January 26,  2006 at 9:00. at the Center at Falls Run in a special session to establish a Priority Action List.  Mary Owens acted as facilitator.

 The stated purpose of the meeting was to create priorities for known issues the Board needs to address.

  Board members attending were:

          Bill Nosal, Nancy Arnn, Toni, Brown, Mal Malo, Jackie Richards, Art Gabler and Dan Owens.

 Minutes of last meeting were not read.

 The Priority Action List agreed upon is attached.

 The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 pm by motion from Mal Malo, 2^nd by Art Gabler.  The motion was carried unanimously.
