
ArmstrongConnect TM
ArmstrongConnect TM System is designed to be used by the entire Falls Run Community. In addition, ArmstrongConnect TM has an Alert feature to transmit non-emergency messages via Email or telephone (recorded message).
Residents who have both an email address and telephone number should verify that both are correct in the ArmstrongConnect TM system. If not, either make the correction(s) on-line or fill out a Resident Information Form and submit the completed form to the Concierge at the Center. This information will also be used for the Falls Run Directory.
An email address AND a telephone number are required in order to receive alerts through the Armstrong Alert System.
You should enter emergency contact information in the ArmstrongConnect TM system.

HOW TO GET STARTED
You have been assigned a specific access code, which will allow you to log in and register with your community’s website. The registration code is printed on the address label of the envelope that contained the ArmstrongConnect TM letter. Simply follow the instructions below.
1. In your Internet browser, enter www.armstrongconnect.net/register.
2. Enter your registration code, which is printed on the address label affixed to the envelope
in which the announcement was mailed.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your registration. Please be sure to choose a numeric 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your new log-in code and write it down. This PIN will be required each to you log in to the system.

Armstrong Alert
The Armstrong Alert System will be used by the Falls Run Community Association or a Board member to send a warning notice in the event of an emergency within Falls Run. For example, a water main break, a street closure, the closing of the Center, or other emergency that would only affect Falls Run residents.
