Bushes & trees

  Survey to be completed this week

  $1500 in budget for care

  Retaining wall at risk from tree between #101 and 95 Legend

  LandPlan designating 14 areas for future planting

 

Lawns

  Obviously the major concern for all residents

  Organic fertilizer just applied will hopefully show progress

  Irrigations system has rain gauge, mapping of zones to be done and heads checked by WCC

  Suggestions to use more active and complete committee members for various action jobs

 

Finance

  Committee needs budget requests by July

  Need to solve water gauge problem to avoid huge surprise

  Possible reallocating money for LandPlan

 

Painting of Retaining walls

  Experiment with method & paint on worse wall(s) now

 

Shenandoah

  Blowing of grass results in debris by front doors

  Contract should address mulch amount and level at foundations

  JCA needs to report monthly on Shenandoah activities

 

Villas Inspection

  Violations will be based strictly on written documents

  Plan to ring doorbells to inform owners of violations at inspection time

  Covenants committee expects to bring new recommendations to BOD soon

 

Neighborhood Watch

  Zone 16 & 17 to be merged with Ken B and Don S cocaptains, Peggy Verdine as scheduler.

  General feeling that volunteers not replace light bulbs

 

General Observations

  Election committee needs volunteers

  Common Sense a non-issue

  Armstrong Connect not very useful to Villas at this point

  Boost villa recycling

  Improve communications with renters

 

Possible recommendations from Villa BOD to FRCA

  Require by rule that garage lights be functioning

  Consider that garbage pickup in the Villas be limited to once per week year round for environmental and road wear reasons

 

 

Conclusions

  The meeting was well attended, with everyone participating freely.

  A myriad of topics was brought up for discussion.

  Recommendation that the Round Table be held on a regular basis.
